Restoration of a wooden floor from preparation through to completion will cost you between £20 and £30 per square metre. Hearth removal and re-joist between £90 and £150. Additional unique requirements / costs such as gap filling or floor board replacement may apply.  Minimum charge of £480 applies. Prices are subject to vat.
