Q. – What areas do you service?
A. – We operate throughout Greater London and the Home Counties.
Q. – Do you work weekends?
A. – Yes we do. In fact, we operate 7 days per week!
Q. – How far ahead do I need to book?
A. – We will typically give an onsite quote for your job within 48 hours of request. While we offer a rapid response time and can work at short notice, you should typically book 3-5 days in advance.
Q. – How does A+ protect my security?
A. – Our trained, uniformed staff are always accompanied by a supervisor, and we are fully insured. We have a 24 hour contact phone number for your convenience.
Q. – Do you move furniture around?
A. – Yes we do! We understand that customers want the best service for their property, so if that means moving furniture, we will do it!
Q. – Do we need to vacuum before a steam clean?
A – NO! We provide a FULL service! Should your carpets, upholstery, rugs or curtains require a vacuum prior to steam cleaning, we do this for you.
Q. – Do we need to provide any equipment?
A – NO! We provide everything required to carry out the professional service you have requested.
Q. – How do we pay for the service and when?
A – Estate agent client are required to settle invoice payments within 14 days of the works being carried out. If you do not have an account with us we require payment on the day of the service. At time of booking you can provide our Customer service team with your debit or credit card details. We do not accept personal cheques. On completion of the works, your card will be debited for the amount agreed between yourself and the supervisor carrying out the works.
